CP 2317 heads light past the DL Bridge 60 Tower I'm Scranton back in 2007. The 2317 has long since been removed from service with no plans to return it to service as of now.
Could it really be a RS3 in regular freight service in 2007? It sure is as DL RS3 4103 switches the Steamtown Yard. A nice change from your typical freight engine roster!
