With the dynamics fully applied CNW 6717,6718,6721 slowly roll downhill toward Escanaba with a 100 loads. Escanaba/Gladstone is sometimes referred to as the "banana belt" of Upper Michigan as it is normally far enough from Lake Superior to avoid most of the lake effect snows that often plague the area. This early March day is no exception, as probably 40 miles north of here snow could be measured in feet, but here only traces linger on the ground.
