The last rays of sunlight illuminate Vermont Rail System's Rutland Yard as CLP GP38-2 #204 and VTR GP40-2W #510 back towards the enginehouse, having just brought GMRC Train 264 up from Bellows Falls. The track going straight towards the Green Mountains is the GMRC line to Bellows Falls, the tracks curving to the right lead to the VTR's B&R Subdivision to North Bennington, and the tracks in the foreground lead to both the VTR's line to Burlington and the CLP's line to Whitehall, NY.
This album seeks to portray classic New England and Upstate New York imagery. It showcases the most perfect examples of regional identity, with special attention to structures and landscape.
