Since the worldwide economic downturn, freight in the UK has become even harder to find for photographers. Happily, a recent addition on Mondays only from Margam to Kingsbury has been running, formed of loaded oil tanks. The train is seen halfway in to it's near 6 minute climb of the Lickey incline, with 66059 providing some extra grunt at the rear. The climb is just over 2 miles long at an average gradient of 2.65%, although the lower part from Bromsgrove is visibly steeper.
