FerroExpreso Pampeano's GR12W #6590 charges with outbound empty tank-cars through the southern Buenos Aires suburbs of Remedios de Escalada, site of the former Main Shops and Stores of the Buenos Aires Great Southern Railroad, both predecessor and builder of the quadruple-track line (half not visible to the left of the picture). Some of the buildings of the Shops are visible to the right of the train. Number 6590, built by EMD in 1962, was the first of FEPSA's units to receive the road's first own paint scheme, a slight variation from the former Ferrocarriles Argentinos' colors with a resemblance of the first scheme the units bore when new, with the rounded corners over the front position lights now in maroon and then in gray.
From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
