On board the secrete train, only known by a few, are decision makers from dignitaries from WSDOT, Olympia, Washington DC, and the most important of all; Stan. Tearing down the hill into Spangle, the little special makes nearly 40mph across the smooth CWR. 40 may not be as good as the '04's limit of 89mph, but she sure loved to stretch her legs!
