| Tunnel Vision! While standing at the other end of Brush Tunnel I captured a Carl Franz photo freight as it charges up the grade and into the massive bore. It was evident to me at that point why the 734 is nicknamed "Mountain Thunder". Witnessing steam power operate on a mountain railroad should be a must on every railfans bucket list.... |
