A northbound D&H freight was waiting to leave Bevier Street Yard in Binghamton, NY on April 9, 1976 with C628 No. 609 and SD45 No. 802. Conrail was in its infancy and the former EL SD45 had just been sent back to the D&H, if I remember correctly, from a swap deal with EL some years earlier.
