At the end of the first of two beautiful rain free winter days, UP's garbage train finally rolls under the Day Island bridge and past the rows of homes along the spit. While not the best sunset ever, certainly the best in the last month or two.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
