A Utah Railway CIPUW train rambles down the 2.15% grade through Price Canyon at Castle Gate. This venerable old signal bridge, number '6305', dates to the D&RGW age witnessing the passage of coal fired steam engines, first generation diesels all the way to the current age of AC traction diesel locomotives and mega mergers. Happily the Utah Railway is still around, albeit slowly turning orange and black via Genesee & Wyoming ownership.
