Super Moon over Florida. A thunderstorm is breaking up, allowing the rays from the moon to light up the siding in Micco. Behind me, the crew of FEC train 107 is waiting to swap trains with the approaching crew on northbound train 222. It is 2:30 in the morning.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
For the train and storm chaser. Trains with thunderstorms, dark clouds, rain, lightning, hurricanes - tropical storms, funnel clouds, storm light, rainbows, and snow storms.
