Originally built as Nashville, Chattanooga & St. Louis 753, and later Louisville & Nashville 1753, Clinchfield GP7 919 was acquired in 1965 and is unique to the Clinchfield roster as it was the only GP7 to be equipped with the rooftop "torpedo" air reservoirs. The unit was a benefactor of the Uceta rebuild program and was rebuilt into a GP16 in 1980 and was later renumbered 4608. 35mm slide from my collection, photographer unknown.
