Green has returned to the Green Mountain state and not only in the form of newly growing buds and flora, but for a one-time appearance on the Vermont Rail System's Green Mountain Railroad Bellows Falls Subdivision the GMRC GP40 duo of 304 and 302 were used to move the May 12 freight. Original plan was to use all three of the greens (GMRC 302, 304 and 305), however the 305 suffered a mechanical issue that sidelined it temporarily. Working eastbound over the famous Cuttingsville 'hanging' Trestle, the train is about 1/3 of the way into the trip to Bellows Falls, VT.
