On my way back to Michigan (three hours from where this ex-LS&I locomotive used to call home) I was fortunate enough to catch a disguised Western Maryland 734 turning in Frostburg, Maryland. I didn't think a consolidation would have been a very impressive locomotive but 734 would prove me wrong. I can only imagine what standing near the docks in Presque Isle, Michigan would have been like in the 1950's with all the LS&I consolidations chugging around.
From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
