Even though C704 is still 30 RR miles to the north, the H.J Dispatcher has him lined to Oliver (Just north of Shawhan KY). With a flip of a switch all the way out in Huntington West Virginia, the old searchlights in Cynthiana come to life and indicate that the crew is clear to run timetable speed until the next signal.
