Crossing the Chenango River in Binghamton, a D&H freight arrives from Buffalo. The bridge is still partially lettered for the Lackawanna Railroad. The fourth unit, D&H U23B 2311, is painted in a one-of-a-kind grey and blue faux-lightning stripe scheme, earning it the moniker “grey ghost”.
