Ab 608 was built by NZR Addington (Christchurch) in 1915 and named "Passchendaele" in 1925 as a War Memorial for over 400 railwaymen. The train is bound for Masterton and is passing RM31 at Pahiatua. RM31 was built by NZR Hutt Workshops, Wellington in 1938. After restoration by the Pahiatua Railcar Society it returned to service in 2011.
