Traveling northbound over a fresh coat of newly fallen (though quickly melting) snow, an Amtrak Acela Express makes a mid afternoon appearance in Trenton, NJ. The bridge in the background is for South Clinton Ave while to the left is a PRR style position signal, albeit, "Amtrak" style with colored indicators. No. 2027 arrives on the express track and will bypass Trenton making its next stop at Metropark in Iselyn, NJ. I was happy to get this shot - fresh snow and blue skies! The fresh snow helped to illuminate the scene, which at mid-afternoon, I thought provided the most appealing light vs the perpendicular light and longer shadows earlier that day.
