The 0-6-0 steamlocomotive E 3/3 # 456 was built by SLM Winterthur as # 256 in 1894 for the Schweizerische Nordostbahn (NOB) and was renumbered # 456 in 1896. From 1902 it was the # 8554 of the SBB. In 1934 sold to Lausanne, from 1949 work locokomotive # 5 of the von Moos Eisenwerke in Emmenbrücke. From 1973 monument in Dietikon, but now operational again, made possible by Pascal Troller (funding) and the skilled steam team of Balsthal. The locomotive will run for association Historische Seethalbahn (HSB) and will be based in Hochdorf. Here she is standing beside the shed in Balsthal for some final works (injector).
