Northbound Amtrak Piedmont service No. 74 kicks up freshly fallen leaves as the train races to the next station stop at High Point, NC. Due to the wye at the Raleigh station being taken out of service thanks to new station construction, the Piedmont trains have been running with a push-pull setup for some time now. Although difficult to see due to the intensity of the sun, the rear end marker lights are indeed lit on the 1755, indicating that the unit is the rear of the push-pull consist.
