SOO 4447 switches Jones Island in Milwaukee, WI in April of 1997. In the foreground is the cement boat J.A.W. Iglehart. Built in 1936 as the ocean going tanker Pan-Amoco, it was rebuilt in 1965 as a cement carrier. It has a slanted bow common among ocean going vessels. It is currently being used as a storage barge in Superior, WI.
Photographs where trains and people mix, weather it's street running, plant switching or carrying a unit grain train out of an elevator, it will be put here.
