Where does the time go. I was going to say something old, something new, but what is new is now old, and pretty much gone. A pair of DMIR SD45-2T tunnel motors (SD40-3s) surround their ancestor, making a nice and fairly rare trio at Proctor, MN. No. 168 is a Phase IV SD9, rare itself, even when new. About the only other railroad that could have made this match up would have been Southern Pacific, but they are gone too. Rio Grande could have done it with SD40-2Ts.
