NS TC18 Red Bank Local is seen passing the single head Southern Rwy Cantilever signal bridge on the main 2 track at control-point Citico Jct (332.4) on the NS CNO&TP 2nd District/Chattanooga Terminal (CT), with a trio of "buttheads" in charge of the heavy local job. TC18 serve the Red Bank branch, and the North Chattanooga Industrial park on the Tennessee River in town which was part of the small rail business the Chattanooga Traction Co. which started off as a trolley operation, than became short line which eventually became part of a subsidiary of the Southern Rwy. At the time the trio of MP15DC's were assigned to the branch due to the tight curve and light rails on the line which restricted six axle power to be use on certain section of the branch line. TC18 will run to the East-side Arrival/departure lead for debutts yard to drop the 30 car train off, and eventually will run back to the branch with a train for the customers. Unfortunately the trio of the MP15DC's were retired, and now theirs a road slug/mother set running the branch as their replacement.
