The Fort Wayne Railroad Historical Society Crew are tending to their beloved Berkshire as she takes a spin on the Hinton Turntable. This was a regular scene in the early to mid 1980's during the fall New River Train Trips. After the turntable was removed, the steam engine was cut off at Meadow Creek, ten miles west of Hinton. Road diesels would take the passenger cars on to Hinton. The steam engine was turned on the wye and serviced at Meadow Creek before backing to Hinton to rejoin her train.
