Amtrak's High-Speed Rail Improvement Project shows more progress:
An Amtrak Keystone led by ACS-64 No. 646 races south (Amtrak west) through Princeton Junction, NJ on Track 2 under a now even more dense tunnel of catenary. Track 3 (to the train's left) was placed out of service awaiting new catenary wire - note the new constant tension supports. As part of the NJ HSR Improvements project, hundreds of new catenary bridges have been erected right along side the older PRR era catenary towers /bridges. Take note of the ROW - this was the location where an Amtrak UA Turbo set the still current high speed rail record speed of 170.8 mph on December 20th, 1967.
