The Seattle & North Coast RR was a short-lived (1980-1984) shortline that operated former Milwaukee Road trackage on Washington's Olympic Penninsula, with a carfloat connection to the rest of the world at Seattle. Following abandonment, one of its ex-BN F7s was stored for quite a while at the S&NC's carfloat pier on the Seattle waterfront, where it's seen here on a slightly foggy morning.
