DMIR 212 and mate 211 handle switching chores for manifest freight at the west end of Proctor Yard. Painted in CN colors they still carry DMIR initials. Note the air hoses attached to the empty ore cars in the background. This allows air pressure to be set in the train before locomotives are attached.
The EMD SD (special duty) series are a strong and reliable kind of locomotive which still serve America's rails today. They have proved themselves reliable by clocking in several million miles of freight service over several decades.
