We're waiting on the American Freedom Train in the shadow of Cly tower, as two E-44s lead a mineral train west. Penn Central No. 4464, in the lead, was built by GE in July of 1963, 13 years prior. Note the rods on the right, connecting the "armstrong" levers in the tower to the track switches. The unelectrified tracks on the right are the old Northern Central to York, PA and Baltimore.
