Lost within a scene of vast color and hovering cloud cover, a northbound BNSF manifest drifts down and out of the Allard horseshoe and is approaching tunnel 2, under what seems like a display of all seasons. Bear Mountain Peak above can sure build up some impressive cloud formations around its slopes. Clouds can float around the peak for hours, like they did here, that creates perfect photo conditions. Along with the sound of the whipping wind, the howl of the train can also be heard echoing through the quiet hillsides as it navigates to the San Joaquin valley floor.
