Both built in 1891, these former Reading buildings serve the New Hope and Ivyland Railroad. The station (foreground) serves as the ticket office while the building to the rear (the freight station) serves as the Railroad's offices and gift shop. To the far right, is a shanty - not former Reading Company, that serves as a shelter for the parking attendant for the railroad's parking lot which is used both by both riders and even non-riders visiting the tourist haven that is New Hope.
