Canadian Pacific 4-6-0 No. 1098 (built in 1913) was acquired from the estate of George Hart by the Reading & Northern and later cosmetically restored, renumbered and painted blue to match the railroad's famed "big sister", 4-6-2 No. 425, former Gulf Mobile & Ohio. The locomotive was moved from Jim Thorpe, where she once ran excursions, to Port Clinton, PA where it was eventually decided that she be painted for static display and moved to the parking lot of the railroad's new "Outer Station" seen here in Reading, PA.
