At first, this locomotive worked in Beloretsky Steel Works (Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia). Then in April, 1988 this loco passed repair in depot Darnytsya (Kyiv). And in October, 1989 set as a monument at Boyarka station.
In past since the 1920s working Boyarka logging narrow gauge railway (track width 750 mm).
