A leased B&LE F7A leads a long line of power at fuel facilities in St. Luc Yard. Once fueled and sanded the hostlers will move the units to the diesel shop, roundhouse or ready tracks. B&LE units were regulars on the CP. From the mid-1960's to the early-1970's CP was notoriously power short and leased just about anything that would move, including from the BAR, B&M, B&LE, CGW, DM&IR, D&H, IC, LS&I, PECO, and UP.
