Remarks & Notes

A crewman is flagging Broadway Street in Sheboygan Falls, WI so CNW can 4287 can continue its' journey west on a gloomy December day in 1986. Much of this line was removed, including the iconic wig-wags, only to be reinstalled a few years ago. Unfortunately, little traffic goes this far east anymore.
