2-6-0 T "Mogul" steamlocomotive G 3/4 # 1 "Rhätia" of the RhB, built in 1889 for the narrow gauge railway Landquart-Davos (LD), in the shed in Landquart. The 250 Hp locomotive will undergo a large revision in the next years, the needed money of 940 000 swiss francs was collected by the PROJEKTGRUPPE RHÆTIA, a joint project group of Dampffreunde der Rhätischen Bahn and Club 1889. The boiler of the locomotive was removed already for exactly inspection. Loaded onto the frame of the locomotive are some parts now, like the steam and sand dome covering, the steel tails of the boiler cladding and the ash box, and not visible, the chimney. In some years, the very first steamlocomotive of the RhB (respectively the predecessor railway Landquart-Davos Bahn) will run again in a classic black livery with brass lettering "L-D" # "1" and with the name "RHÆTIA", like when she pulled the inauguration train of the Landquart-Davos-Bahn on september 29th, 1889 between Landquart and Klosters.
