We all have our favorite loco and railroad. Mine would have to be GN 592, now BN 6119. I got acquainted with it in 1963 in Mora, MN where the crew of the Brook Park Turn stopped to give a 12 yr. old kid a cab ride. Later, here at Minneapolis, my college girl friend and I got to re-visit it as BN 6119, and this time got the chance to operate it at the Harrison St. facilities. There was a time when railroaders new how to connect with the public and gain life-long supporters.
