In a fairly rare weekend edition, Norfolk Southern's B05, led by 28-year-old GP60 #7150, parallels the old US-20 highway for a good three miles as it returns from a long day of work along the former Michigan Central railroad right-of-way. From here, it will turn onto the Chicago Line before terminating at Burns Harbor. While this line primarily hosts Amtrak's daily high-speed Wolverine and Blue Water services, this local is one of the only forms of freight traffic this route sees on a regular basis.
