The small electro locomotive Te 2/2 # 49 of the Appenzeller Bahnen, owned by the Stiftung Historische Appenzeller Bahnen, is pulling a train between Schwende and Waserauen. The frame of this vehicle dates from a railcar which was built in 1912. In this appearance, the locomotive was built in 1962, and is nowadays designated as Ge 2/2 # 49. The cars are C # 13 and # 14 of the Säntisbahn from 1912.
