| Millie (Kovalchick) Glinsky told the crowd about this being one of life's rare "second chances". She recalled how in 1960 she broke a non-alcoholic beverage over #12 for the occasion of the relaunch of the East Broad Top Railroad as a tourist operation, and sixty years later she did it again on August 13, 2020. The engine is named "Millie" for her. And as she said, please don't do the math on her age.
