Inspection Train By HQ. It is now known as the State University of New York Administration Building, but as any area railfan can tell you, it was once the offices of the Delaware and Hudson Railroad. On the morning of Monday, October 29, 2018 Canadian Pacific Office Car Special 41B with 1401 (ex-CN 6541, FP9A), 4106 (ex-CN 6515, FP9A), and 4107 (ex-CN 6526, FP9A) lead an 11 car train up the former Delaware and Hudson Railway from Kenwood Yard on the tracks in the middle of Interstate 787 in Albany, New York. This was the first time that the CP inspection train has visited the D&H in 28 years of controlling the railroad.
