Wintery Westchester Square. A Manhattan-bound 6 train descends the flyover at Westchester Square Station on the IRT Pelham Line. The tracks here rise up to cross the yard leads for Westchester Yard. Originally the yard leads connected at a flat junction here, but the tracks were reconfigured as part of expansion of the yard between 1946 and 1949 to create a flying junction. The original stringers for the original trackways now support the flyover tracks above.
For the train and storm chaser. Trains with thunderstorms, dark clouds, rain, lightning, hurricanes - tropical storms, funnel clouds, storm light, rainbows, and snow storms.
