Chessie System GP38 No. 3802 exits the roundhouse at the B&O Railroad Museum with a Chessie caboose in tow after a turntable demonstration. General Motors, Electro-Motive Division constructed the locomotive for the B&O Railroad at its LaGrange, Illinois shops in October 1967. It was voted by TRAINS Magazine in 1982 as the All-American Locomotive and finally, after retirement, donated to the B&O Railroad Museum in operational condition as CSX No. 9699 in 2000.
