As Amtrak 48 (Lake Shore Limited) departed Utica, New York on January 5, 2021, Webb Rail's former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built Pullman dome/sleeper 313 (WEBX 801044) and former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built dome/coach 549 (WEBX 801045) held the markers. In the background, Genesee Valley Transportation Co., Inc. Mohwak, Adirondack, & Northern Railroad 805 (ex-BCOL 805, née Erie Lackawanna 2455, Alco C425, 10/1964) and 2042 (née-BCOL 642, MLW M420W, 9/1973) await the next call for service. Former New York Central Railroad Tower 30 separates the yard from the mainline. It has been out of service for many years, but was once responsible for controlling a significant amount of traffic in the area.
