Oregon Eastern recently acquired a former Hudson Bay Railway GP39-3 (ex-SP GP35) from Western Rail, Inc. in exchange for three of their four GP7s - the fourth was retained as backup power for when 3600 is down for maintenance. Here, we see the 3600 crossing Bully Creek, just a few miles west of Vale, the OERR's home base. The locomotive may have ditchlights, but they are shut off, as OERR's running speed is consistently below the 20 MPH above which the FRA requires additional warning lights.
