Silhouetted against the New Mexico sky, Eureka and Palisade #4 rounds the high fill near Big Horn, New Mexico on its eastbound journey towards Antonito Colorado. Semi-permanently coupled to it for the 'Victorian Iron Horse Roundup' is the visiting 'Glenbrook' from the Nevada State Railroad Museum. They're joined together using the link and pin coupler attached to Glenbrook's pilot.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
