Remarks & Notes
Here we see a rare sight these days, which is an Amtrak, a BNSF and a Union Pacific train at the same time running through Rocky and Eisele, Colorado. The train in the upper portion of the photo is a BNSF freight that has taken the siding at Eisele. The train in the lower right is a Union Pacific freight from Grand Junction that has just pulled into the Rocky Siding. And the train in the lower left is the California Zephyr which is passing both as it has priority into the Moffat Tunnel District.
