| A downed tree limb frames the 112 job outside of Elgin.
Last month's ice storm led to large swaths of downed trees throughout central Texas, which led to mass power outages across the Austin area. The sheer amount of fallen trees has led to nonessential brush clearance being deprioritized, hence this roadside tree still being in this state almost three weeks after the storm. |
