The World Takes New Jersey Transit. NJ Transit train 3835 was heading to the Morrisville, Pennsylvania yard after completing its run to Trenton, New Jersey from New York Penn Station when it passed by the famous sign on the Route 1 Bridge on September 20, 2023. NJTR ALP-46A 4640 is NJT's newest heritage unit, its paint a tribute to the E-60/ALP-44s that once covered this ground. The former Pennsylvania Railroad Morrisville–Trenton Railroad Bridge stone arch bridge opened in 1903 and continues to carry over a hundred trains a day.
