Black and Blue.
NJ Transit GP40PH-2B no. 4210 (EMD, 1965-1969) is seen crossing Walnut St on the Montclair-Boonton Line with train 853 to Mount Olive. This train is typically a Morristown Line train, with intermediate stops between South Orange and Denville, but due to damaged overhead catenary near Mount Tabor all Morristown Line service is suspended between Morristown and Denville, forcing select trains to operate via the Montclair-Boonton Line instead.
Photos from across RP of NJ Transit’s 40th Anniversary specially painted & wrapped units.
Also included are the fully wrapped Veterans & Pride tribute units.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
