This unnumbered GE 44 tonner is the yard switcher for Ray's Transportation (formerly East Coast Rail), suppliers of ties and aggregates. Once worked for Washington DC Metro as L002 and had a stint in the Air Force as USAF 1238. It was acquired in 2023.
